6th. COURSE TARGETS:
To give the college student a grounding in simple biological concepts and approaches, and to prepare him or her for further advanced research in the biological sciences. The course can expose students to the standard molecules that mediate processes of existence, and will strive to explain the properties of these molecules using their chemical and structural constructions. It will familiarize a student with cellular framework and function, processes of membrane layer transport, cell phone respiration, the natural photosynthesis, cellular replication and the laws of straightforward Mendelian genes.
six. STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Students will be able to:
1 ) Critically evaluate biological information
2 . Organize and synthesize biological information into a reasonable sequence several. Communicate plainly and in a great organized style in writing 5. Use graphs, charts, furniture and other visual media to conclude and explain information and data...
